Return & Refund Policy

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered may not be eligible for return.

To request a return, contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  2. Your name and phone number

  3. A clear photo or video showing the issue with the product

  4. A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the available payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request your bank or mobile wallet details to process the refund.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

4. Return Shipping

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, Shopnest.pk may cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

5. Exchange

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other restrictions. We will clearly mention any such restrictions on the relevant product page.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
